Alex Bruce, son of Steve Bruce has signed with Town for free from his dad's club Birmingham. Chris Sutton and Dan Harding have been rumoured to come to the town and Westlake going out with a swap deal with Leeds for Harding.

Nicky Forster got Town's goal from the penalty spot, while Anthony Elding levelled for the Pilgrims. Ipswich boss Jim Magilton hailed the return of Wales midfielder Gavin Williams, after they were held at Boston in his first game as manager. Gavin had not played since Feburary after damaging his cartilage in the away win over the canaries ( Norwich ).

Joe Royle has left Town on mutal consent he did plan to leave after the play off disaster last season but decided to stay for another season.
A shortlist will be consturucted over the next few days while

McDonald And Mitchell Go Out On Trial

Watford are to give a weeks trial to Ipswich's 20 year old striker Dean McDonald.
Dean was told by Joe Royle that they would not be renewing his contract at the end of the season so Dean went out on loan to league 1 club Hartlepool who he scored for once.
Deano also scored against Crewe for Town.

Scott Mitchell who also will not be getting a new contract at the end of the season as gone on a weeks trial with Boston Fotball Club.

Town should have won the games in the first 20 minutes with four chances going begging and had to settle for a point despite leading at the break through Darren Currie's free - kick.
Hull leveled early in the second half when Leon Cort rose highest to head in from a left wing cross and despit frantic pressure from Town , Joe Royles side coulkd not find a winner.

Clarke And Nash Go Out On Loan

Billy Clarke ( 2 apperances for Town ) is joining Colchester for a month and will go straight in the squad for their clash with Scunthorpe.
The 18 year old has just returned to action after dislocating his shoulder in a reserve games in December against Portsmouth and was at the Crystal Palace games on the bench.
Joe Royle said that it's just a chance to get some games under his belt and that he is highly regarded at the club.

Gerard Nash ( 1 apperance for Town ) is going on a months loan to Southend after being told that he will not be offered a new contract at the end of the season.
Joe Royle said that it was a hard decision witch was only made because he has been hindered by injuries and that it will be very hard to break into the team.
He also impressed on loan at Hartlepool a couple of months ago.
